Being Taught From My Betting Blunders
January 28th, 2010 by Shane

1st to clarify why I write this article. I have been wagering on the net or at physical casinos for a great many years. I have discovered, the dependency can grab a hold of you and you will not even realize it up until you are broke. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I have gone through countless tens of thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and to this day on occasion, I will go a bit too far. It appears you’re just having a blast until you decide to track your loss and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can win it back" repeatedly. It does not works. Then you become sick in your belly and the harder you try the faster you are deprived.

When you notice that you are ahead, remain on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, don’t tell yourself, "well just maybe one more" and again and again, believe me, this logic RARELY ever operates. Say you’re playing on slot games, have an amount set to the side prior to starting your action. DO NOT go over that limit, no matter how alluring. If you happen to succeed, put that in a different pot. Don’t use your winnings no matter what. Once you’ve played through your original set limit, stop. Head out, whether it’s on the internet or at a land based casino, don’t stay around. Always remember, there will be a different day, a different time.

Keep in mind, wagering should be exciting not exhausting, sickening work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the loss, don’t even begin.
